In each of the episodes, a couple wishing to buy a property in a sunny winter sun destination is shown three or four places found by the show’s researchers. The presenter gives them useful local information relating to buying, running and maintaining the properties. After viewing each property, the couple is then asked for their opinion. At the end of the show, they are asked if they have a favourite property and we’re finally told if they went on to buy the property or another in the region

I love Jonny's new look – a small beard (don't grow it longer!). He looks more handsome. Such a lovely couple. With a large family why do they only want 2 bedrooms? Odd! They will have 8 grandchildren and won't live in the new property. And why would they need to bring lots of 'stuff' with them. Puzzling.

It would have been interesting to see how they would have reacted to property 4, if they'd seen it first. It was a lot of house for an excellent price, but they'd already pretty much made up their minds 😉
He mentions noise for the apt about the marina, there is a great view but when the boats are entering and leaving the marina they will not be able to work
I love to watch 'A place in the Winter sun' .and very much so … I also love to watch Johnny Irwin, and all the other lovely Hosts. But then I am also wondering why do so many of them (men/woman) have to say: " I've been a Seller ALL of my live" ?

Once again, yet another perfect "a place in the sun winter sun video clip! Since March 2020, the declaration of the COVID global pandemic, I have been following these videos almost obsessively, so as to monitor at home, the growith of the global pandemic and to simultaneously monitor my recovery from a series of chronic ailments, which have held me captive and at home since the original outbreak in July 2019! Today's video clip is a perfect measuring of my progress to date, in that this video clip followed Johnny Irvine, at his very finest performance, fulfufilling all the necessary steps of proceeding stately through all five possible options before George and Lennox make the unavoidable choice of Property 3, the sea front view property! Now I am left hanging once again, 'Did George and Lennox live on happily ever after in Property 3!" No wonder that Johnny Irwin is still my favourite presenter on the series, along with Jasmine Harman!

I loved the first one by the marina, close to amenities and not as busy as the last one. Strange that she thought it lacked storage (room) when the main bedroom had plenty of space to put closets in. But – anyhow – the property they choose and bought was wonderful as well 🙂
