In each of the episodes, a couple wishing to buy a property in a sunny winter sun destination is shown three or four places found by the show’s researchers. The presenter gives them useful local information relating to buying, running and maintaining the properties. After viewing each property, the couple is then asked for their opinion. At the end of the show, they are asked if they have a favourite property and we’re finally told if they went on to buy the property or another in the region

They were in a community that was really for seniors., not a young child of seven. I’m so tired of people who aren’t serious to begin with.
Funny how the couple said they wanted a "family friendly" community, and yet except for 1 of the properties, none of them had any amenities for kids. That townhouse didn't even have any outdoor space.

I wonder why they never talk about the monthly dues when showing condos. They all have monthly dues and the dues vary greatly. It’s definitely something that should be considered.

What a frustrating episode. They can get a beautiful place in a complex where the other properties are way more expensive and they turn it down because the bathroom will need renovations in a few years time…goodness me…that is why the property is so much cheaper. The worst part is the laughable offer they eventually do make.
They are not going to buy, I don't understand why do those people think the price of the home should reflect their furnishing

They failed to recognise that that apartment was only in their price range because the owner had factored in the need for updates. I'm so frustrated with the couples on this show making insulting low offers on properties because they think the home owner should pay for their renovations!!
