What is a sous chef?
Well in short, the second in command after the head chef. For this video, the head chef was on a day-off. So I am in charge of making sure everything is up to standards, staff are being supported, trainees are guided and kitchen in tip-top.

Hi AC, I have some question, qualified na ba and isang student to become a chef kung cert 3 lang natapos nya? Hindi ba required na dapat Cert 4 yung course na natapos mo? Thanks for sharing us your video 🙂
