Abandoned Portuguese Billionaires Family Mansion The Lost Palace of the Rich & Wealthy

In today’s video, I travel to Portugal and document one of the most incredible abandoned places in the world. The Palace of the Patriarchs is a once-summer residence for the patriarchs of Lisbon but its true origins lie with Count Burnay, one of the richest persons in Portugal, who renovated it during the 17th century. Having started in 1701 and ended in 1734. The palace has since undergone changes and restoration works in the 19th century and more recently in the 1940s. In recent years The palace is currently the seat of the rectory services and social actions of the Technical University of Lisbon but still has yet to see a glimpse of hoep as it lays forgotten in time, with only explorers coming to see what remains Inside The Lost Palace Of the Rich & Wealthy

  2. What a beautiful place Steve
I was amazed with this one
    Absolutely needs to be saved
It also upset me to see the halfwits who have tagged some sections, especially the stairwell😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 obviously young punks with no respect for such beautiful buildings, architecture and history

  3. What an amazing castle! What you are thinking is carved ceilings is actually moulds done in plaster work, incredible artwork, as is the rest of the decor throughout the building. 🦘😊

  4. I'm your Texas fan, Kay. Love your videos! Thank you for sharing. Ive been watching you for several years. The way you show these places is most professional! People who graffiti are small minded idiots!

  5. You know… I know that I am from here, Portugal and I also know you said you would come here one day! You did❤️ and so happy you love what you’ve seen! Come back again soon! Much love 💕

  6. Europe has a massive heat wave and good old Steve Ronin still goes exploring. Amazing job Steve at a huge personal sacrifice. This trip is one of your best in my humble opinion. Great job and thanks for introducing history and beauty to my life.

  7. Mirennnnnn esto cuantas manos trabajaron para construir semejante belleza….yyyy despues abandonarlo todoooooo😢😢😢🤨😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😡😡😡😡😡😡

  8. Beautiful, beautiful building, but with that being said, I would appreciate it a lot more if you would start at the ENTRY and show what you see as you walk in the door. Then, continue the tour from the front door so those of us watching can picture the layout of the house. Am I the only person this aggravates??? Just wondering 🤔
