The beautiful main beach of Castelo is everything an Algarve beach should be. The water is crystal clear and the sandy golden beach is comfortable with all of the facilities a blue flag beach should have.
The area around the main beach is magnificent for hiking. You can take a walk upto Coelha beach over the cliffs. The view over the ocean and idyllic beaches on the way are breath taking.
