  1. I've sat in lots of title company continuing ed classes and heard story after story of wire transfer scams. Scary stuff for everyone involved. Always a good idea to check photo ID of the real estate agent that you might meet at a property, too.

  2. Wells Fargo scammed me on the wire transfer. The bank claimed that they couldn’t make a wire transfer from a trust account. The bank forced me to open a new account in order to make the wire transfer.

  3. Hi Michael, great video! A neighbor of mine was getting calls from people wanting to rent her condo. She wasn’t renting it out cause she lived in it. She found out that someone used her info on Craigslist and was asking for $500- to show it to them. She reported it to the police but I don’t know if they found the scammer.
There so many ways these scammers get away with stuff.
Thanks for bringing attention to what scammers are up to! 😊

  4. <Really great content mate. Bitcoin's 50% drop from November's record high is nothing new and the correction is within historical norms, the current state of the market is bearish with lots of Bullish Uptrends, Just like Clinton Ray predicted last November to us his students. the market was definitely going to experience a crash. 90% of his students are right now buying the DIP confidently because he told us to. If you are losing trades at this point I'd say it's a thing of choice for you because he provide great analysis. There’s really no time, exact time to start trading low or high. You can reach Clinton on ͲeIєɠɾαm👉ClinRay

  5. Thank you, Michael, since I'm hoping to relocate to Florida later this year, but I'll be renting, at least for a while. But I'm planning on going directly to the apt complexes I'm interested in, and go to their offices directly to inquire about availability.

  6. Beyond checking a name in a database, if handing cash over to someone at a property you're seeking to rent, you really need to also see an ID such as their driver's license. Anyone can pull a name from a database and claim to be the owner of a property.

  7. In Washington state one can check the validity of a real estate agent license through Dept of Licensing (DOL) who also issue drivers licenses and other professional licenses.

  8. Great timing for this subject Michael ! I have personal experience when I tried to rent in Miami! Thanks God I’m Savy enough not to fall in the trap !! You are doing a great service for people who are clueless about these scams ! 😎
