That bar on Soi 23 is called Craft. It is a regular Friday night hangout for me. It is a really friendly crowd. Good DJ music. Good western food. Whisgars is the whiskey/cigar bar in the rear. It is a really elegant bar with great cocktails and an excellent live band on the weekends.
