Much to be said about this property. Beautiful rural setting, classical design, proportions, windows proportionate and on every elevation for light and views, external and internal mouldings, courtyard, garden olive grove, well, cisterna. If you can get over the wood mill, what is not to like.

This property will be absolutely beautiful when lovingly restored. The ceilings are so high! Even the doorknob is beautiful. The lumber yard will be an issue for some people, but I guess it's like living near a train line, after a while it often becomes background noise that you don't register.
