This is a perfect property for a small family. Lots of space and it is already finished nicely. You wouldn't have to do anything to it unless you wanted to make changes. The small garden with the fruit trees is just the right size. I love how there were cute outdoor spaces on all sides of the house. The range of houses that could be seen with your drone shot was interesting. Some of the homes looked like they may belong to some affluent people while right next to it was a ruin. Great drone footage showing the proximity of the river beach to this house.
Now that house is spectacular! The grounds need a clean up, but that's an easy fix. Fruit trees are a plus. Is Rosa part of the deal? If, so, I would keep her. I have a bit of a soft spot for sweet older people, and kitties and doggies. 🙂👍👍👍

A well presented home Rosa bless you a credit to you , guys I would be there in a heartbeat but yes always a but there’s no oranges to feast on for sarah and I 😪no it’s just out of my budget sold my properties before they doubled in price so it’s going to be the little house needing love and the little plot outside the village perhaps you could present a village home and a little parcel for vegies near bye for sale that is most likely my ticket under 100,000 euro leaving 150 thousand for Reno and living till my pension love seeing the 3 amigos back in action 👍❤️❤️❤️🙏
