We visited the Grill Guru in LA City mall Trianon to try their new Espetada. A Portuguese style of serving a meat skewer. The meat and vegetables are skewered onto a long steel sword thing and then grilled. Once it is perfectly cooked, it is hung from a special stand, with the salad, garlic bread and chips served on a plate below. A sauce is poured into a special bowl above to slowly drip down the meat skewer. As usual, the Grill Guru did not disappoint and it was a fantastic meal, we even had a sword fight.

Riki's a real woman. Real women like real meat! Haha, good for her! I'll be trying my hand at some hunting next winter. Hopefully I'll be storing some venison. I love the wild meats.
Oh Brian, be careful. Riki's going to rough you up good sir. Hahaha.
Lamb espetada you said? I want one. Haha. The beef one looked great too. Can't do the calamari though. Squids are safe from me.
