What neighborhood is this in?

Not my cup of tea. So glad we purchased in 2015. 3bd, 2ba, office, formal living and dining room, galley kitchen with pantry/laundry room, family room, approximately 2000 sqft. 1/2 acre of land. Brick facade. Under $100,000. 50 miles inland from myrtle Beach where average home price now is $300,000. It's an older home and needs a bit of work, but we're not in hock up to our eyeballs, and the mortgage isn't $1,000's of dollars a month.

It says they built it for less than $300k. It doesn't say the list price would be that. There's also no mention of how much the land under it cost or where it is in the Houston metro area.

No way.. I just saw a house with this same floor plan that is 700K in towne lake community. I know it depends on the location that the house can be more expensive. But still, this one is at least 400-500K with today market

Beautiful..I so miss Houston 😢…what's crazy is there are homes in Central oregon..going for $6-800,000….under 1000sqft, with next to no land…not anywhere as fine as this! HAHAHA 😄
