Absolutely love this one. I’d split that huge room into two and make two primary suites utilizing the smaller rooms as bathrooms, with a library in the common room.
Great price and location 🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🍇🍇🍇🍇
Just need 4 investors..easy peasy
Or maybe with some good socks waxing those floors could be fun
#101comment love the red socks Nick.
OMG, Nick! Wow. My imagination has gone absolutely wild! Love your red stockings, too. Great location. Nothing else to say but wow. Horses? Oh, be still my heart. Enough land for a caz riding resource as part of an ultra creative/healing retreat space. Wow.
Beautiful so much potential. 💖🇦🇺
So many possibilities….the people that purchase this will be very lucky indeed. Just thinking how someone can put their stamp on it. This was an interesting property. Well worth the $$. Thank you Nick… those socks were the bomb!
So many possibilities Nick. Love how authentic it is. Thank you. Love all the barrel vaulted ceilings. 😍🥖🥑🍅🍷❤️🇦🇺🦘
Off to bed with lovely design ideas in my head. 🥰thx Nick
This property is impressive and the price is reasonable. It's also very close to not one, but two towns. And those taxes are a joke. There's no way I could buy anything comparable in southeastern Pennsylvania for less than a few million. The landscape is beautiful, and you provided a glimpse of what the autumn colors will be like. My only quibble: Patina…? I think it's rust. Nick, thanks for the adventure, and I look forward to another one next week!
Hi Nick!! Are you kidding me?? How can this be sooo cheap???? This is the best property that I have seen you show with so much promise. I am having such a tough time deciding what to do there because the ideas I am getting are endless. Bigger pool, horses, cows, vineyard, olive groves, outdoor kitchen and seating, oh my god!!!!! Perfect location!!!!! The spaces inside the residence and barn are ample enough to let your decorative imagination become a reality. Nick I gotta say you have really got me good with this property. I usually watch your videos and say "wow what a great house" but this time my heart started to race a bit because this is do-able for me. The challenge of taking up a project like this and making it my own has got me thinking REALLY HARD. OMG I think I just came up to a crossroad. I have to think about what I am going to do next. THIS IS CRAZY!!! MY MIND IS RACING!!!! Thanks so much Nick
LOVE IT!!!😀
Very good looking building. With the land and ten people you could have a working farm. In South Texas it wouldn’t be a problem. I understand Italy is limiting its immigrants.
The outbuilding is a tear down – that's 10k to tear it down and bin it – and the other one needs a lot of work – at least 100K worth – unless you're fine with living in a dump. So that seems awful pricey for 25'ish acres of land. What does an acre/hectare average in that region currently? The land is gorgeous at least. I know it's Tuscany but there are certainly much better values all over Europe for something comparable if country living is what you really want.
Holy cow!!!!
Wow. This to me is the ideal Italian property for those like me with a desire to bring something back to life but not over-modernise at what is surely a very reasonable price. Shame I've not got a spare 750k. Thanks Nick.
A house with many possibilities, huge and very versatile spaces. A great property. Your awesome socks.
Hi Nick. I persoanlly would rather not touch the house save for minor alterations. Incredble is the price being suggested🥺
The last thing Italy needs is some clueless foreigners buying a house in Italy and then moaning for the rest of their life that it's too hot, corruption, etc.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful property. ❤️🌿⚘️🌿
Italy is Heaven. 👍🙏
🙏
So many possibilities here.
Thanks for showing, loved all the land and what a person could do with the house is awesome, just some hard work and time would accomplish a lot. Have a great week.
It is a gorgeous property. Wish I was handyman.
This is a great place. Thank you
Good show on the socks Nick! Thanks for the shout out. Some weeks the word is charming, but this week the word is definitely proportioned. Truly a space laid out well. Of course 25+ acres in the heart of heaven never hurts. Seeing is believing this area. I drove this area last week and it got better around every corner; over every rise in the road. Why not embrace the agricultural life in Italy? Raise animals and be part of the land. You could have all of the services you need not too far away, and experience a tranquility unmatched. Nick, you have got this area dialed in. I cannot wait to get back there. Thanks for another great video.
