  1. Oh, be still my heart! The first floor apartment is absolutely darling! Not all that much to do, really. Perfectly adorable kitchen and flow onto the terrace. There's a sweet but ancient simplicity to the grounds. The shed? A studio if one needs one. The second apartment entrance has the feel of entering a huge wine making vat. I love it. Cozy reading nook in the third apartment upper level. A delightful roof terrace with weapons turrets! I absolutely love this personal castle for one creative with a modest inheritance. A former artist, to be this close to Florence? Heaven. Nick! Aren't you the lucky lad to have the ins and outs of these marvelous properties! THANK YOU.

  2. Oh My 12th century Charming! The stonework is beyond grand. So much space for storage as well. The home offers a wonderful outside space and a soothing inside vibe. Well worth the $$. Thank you so much Nick for sharing your beautiful properties with us.

  3. Oh, to be king of that castle… This truly is a spectacular property. I really like the stone and the woodwork. The mix of various renovations/updates over the years is fine. Of course, the tiles in all the bathrooms and the third kitchen need to go, but that's insignificant for a property this size. With those wonderful views, I would have never guessed it's only 20 minutes from Florence. By the way, what's the name of the town that's nearby? Well, Nick, this is another fantastic tour!

  4. Tuscany Architecture is always a pleasure. Even in Los Angeles! I actually adore the seamless blending of 12th Century with Modern Timeless Simply Stunning 21st Century Artful Living.
    The Quality is Phenomenal.

I Love Your One Take Roll Outs. Bravo

    Buona Fortuna

  5. Oh my…now that is a castle. In the main (last) apartment, as you entered…I felt the castle. Of all of your lovely property tours, that was the most charming to me. I am of german/irish/portuguese descent but feel such a strong connection to the Italian properties and countrysides that you present with your visits that if feels almost like a trip home. Perhaps a former life? 🙂 Love love loved it xoxoxo

  6. Just coming back from our vacation in Umbria, so I can compare very well.
A property and castle so typical for that (wonderful) area. The landscape is Toscany at its best, so lovely, so beautiful. Thanks as always for the efforts ypu take, Nick, to present these gems on your channel.
    Greetings from DE J.
