No quiet if near a motorway.. when the wind blows in the direction of a dwelling the noise of a motorway is loud for several miles.

WOW, Nick & Paula this is by far the best property i have seen. Beautiful. There is so much you could do here, the outbuidings have endless possibilities. Just out of curiosity, could you make the bottom floor into part of the house and if installing a bathroom, where would the septic tank go? This place has stole my heart i think!

Hi nick nice little farm needs a lot of work and you need to be pretty fit to walk around the land,is there news rules coming out in 2023 about renovating property’s in Portugal I saw something on YouTube that they are stopping renovations.Paula is a barrel of laughs she’s not afraid to go anywhere.😊

Not really close to Coimbra, which is 60km and an hour's drive away.
That bridge is an eyesore, but looks quite far away and probably you'd get so used to it, you wouldn't even hear any noise once you moved in. It's in an absolutely beautiful setting, but I don't like the steepness of the slope of the land.
I would buy anything from PAULA.
