This week Team Canada is in Birmingham competing at the Commonwealth Games! These are my first Games and as always, it’s an honour to represent the red and white!

What would happen if we stopped underestimating our influence, & started living out in the light? How much brighter would our world be if you understood how bright your life really is? How many people would be touched by your light if you chose to shine it?
