Well the this was overall a good interaction. The CO that had a Temporary Handicap tag. They are given our all of the time and the CO was professional above all. He was very professional in his conduct completely. The temporary tag does not mean he has to disclose about his medical impairments.

This was a very a good interaction because the leadership were very open and professional.

Mass incarceration is the prison’s fault??? What happened to everything that put them there? A crime, Lawsuit, lawyers, judges and most importantly, the law. Where was the warden in that whole process? The officer on the video had a disabled sign on his car, they don’t film that, but they did film the plates. Not all disabilities are visible, and since when only old people have disabilities?? Great public service! Have people destroy his car? Is that the objective here? I hope that officer sues you! You put him in great danger! Maybe when you are in prison you will understand how the whole process works.

Please realize that not all HC tag holders have visible disabilities. Making assumptions based on looks is odd coming from someone in your line of work. Many of my veteran brothers and sisters are 100% disabled and you would never know by looking at them.

I have a parking placard even though I’m healthy enough to workout everyday. I usually don’t need it, but when I’m having an issue I couldn’t imagine not having it. Idk whether or not he was disabled, just saying you can’t always tell that someone is disabled.

If he wasn’t disabled, however, thats a violation of Michigan law. Only the owner of the pass is allowed to use it.
