In a time that humans are struggling to pay their bills, buy food and get through the month,
the prices for these houses, usually ready for demolition, are seriously overpriced! The times of rich northern Europeans buying a nice holiday house in Portugal are over!

We are planning in a year, max 2 yrs moving to that area. We did a scouting trip and definitely like this area. Does Paula help find rentals? We want to rent until we find a house to buy.

I am watching those properties in Portugal for a while, problem is they in the middle of nowhere, sea is far away etc. Italy has same problem, but in there 1 euro homes sounds more attractive. Repopulate and fix those empty villages and towns ia a problem.

I think it would help everyone out if you had a map view of the location of the village in portugal. I’ve tried looking up from the spoken village but can never find it.

It's in fairly reasonable repair. The garden needs a bit of landscaping. The setting is beautiful. I wonder if block and beam should be standard. It would be more fire safe, yes?🇨🇦🙂👍👍👍❤
