I have to balk at the ultra-dated interior finishings of these places and the disconnect in pricing. Not just these places, but anecdotally from my own research, it seems much of properties I’ve seen in Spain, Italy, and Europe all have ultra-dated interior finishings and floorings throughout (save for brand new McMansions in southern Spain), and it doesn’t effect the price point whatsoever. The value is predicated chiefly on location, location, location and nothing else has any bearing on value.
