  1. There's a bus that goes from Malaysia to Singapore, and Malaysia has most of what Singapore has. Malaysia is the only place that felt like home when I stepped off the plane for the first time…
Dubai, I worked there, on a government project, near the Royal family. So I got hooked on dubai. Dubai is around 6 hours ish to most places, and as the man said, there's lots to do. Nobody owns the earth, and you ain't taking it with you. You never know what tomorrow will bring. If you have 2 options, choose the easier one.

  2. Singapore also recently increased their property taxes which in on an uptrend. They are also seriously debating on a Wealth Tax and how to more effectively tax wealth in addition to the current property tax, luxury car tax

  3. Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do. –Steve Jobs,,,,

  4. You omitted the facts regarding ownership of property in Singapore.
    UAE is still the bestm.
You said in the video(7:39) that UAE is trying to combine city and desert. You might mean city and nature.

  5. Singapore doesn’t care if you’re simply wealthy … they require loyalty (no dual citizenship) and that you contribute to the racial harmony in the country (by being of one of their main ethnicities)

  6. I recently asked you a question about $800 / month apartments to rent in Dubai and if you knew if there are any, which are not in horrible condition. The question is under the best places to live in Dubai.
    I wrote the question once.
    I never received a reply.
Then, I re-addressed the question to you.
I still have not gotten a reply from you.
The favour of a reply is greatly appreciated, from ANYONE.

  7. Singapore is now a Chinese colony. Whatever rules they have are easily bent for Xhinese wealth. Unless you are bringing in $75 million and up (liquid) to UOB or DBS.. just live in Malaysia. Bank in S’pore.

  8. Singapore is where I would chose to live IF I COULD. But they don't make it accessible with residency, bank, cars etc. Therefore I happily live in Dubai instead. 🙂 With current policies, Dubai has more head room to grow IMO and could surpass Singapore in most aspects other than the rain forests.

  9. Why would a dictatorship country in a desert where half of the year it is too hot and everything is artificial be the best place to live and stay? Yeah you can spend all your wealth on watches, cars, restaurants. You can register a company and a residence there because of taxes. Fine. But to live?

  10. Wow, I've never been interested in a Permanent Residency in Singapore but after watching this video, it's a definite no no. Dubai #1 they are definitely treating people way better and are doing all the right things to attract wealthy immigrants.
