  1. Hi guys greetings from Australia love this video about your brews so interesting I'm going to have a go myself I suffer from gut issues can't wait to see the mushroom growth love them so much keep safe and well with winter coming

  2. Just watching the intro pass through and have meant to ask for help many dozens of times: can you tie in the pictures of what was apparently very nearly a ruin when you first arrived with what we see today? I can't figure it out !

  3. Very very interesting video, I'm learning such an enormous wealth of knowledge from you both and your travels! What a delight to have a mushroom festival! The Potugese people are so about gathering together! Such a Lovely share! Thank you Nick and Andrea!❤❤

  4. I make vanilla extract and I ferment all kinds of things. I have never made kombucha or vinegar. You've piqued my curiosity and I am inclined to venture into both! Thanks, for the information.
There is new research happening, in the field of probiotics and the effects on the mind/ gut connection. You are ahead of your time!

  5. and sadly poor Max is outside. you can make your own scoby ( symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) with a bottle of unflavoured store bought kombucha..I try loads of flavours

  6. Cool mushroom festival! That lady was holding a mushroom that was almost as big as she was. That kambucha looked good. I must check that out. It will be interesting to see how the mushroom growing pans out. Great vidas usual!🙂👍👍🇨🇦❤

  7. be careful with the Kilner bottles with anything which might keep fermenting, I had several bottles explode, especially with Water Kefir! I complained to Kilner and they replied their bottles are not meant for fizzy liquids!

  8. So the kombucha doesn't actually taste of tea though does it as I don't like tea apart from liquorice root which is nothing more than loose root and hot water (good for middle-aged ladies tropical moments). I do like vinegar, though. I have some dried Rosehips so would i drop some into it once it was bottled and not while it is brewing?Thank you, Andrea, for this.
I got a mushroom grow pack, which was chestnut from a garden centre. I git 1 small and 1 huge mushroom(dinner plate size) from itand that was all. Tasty, tasty. Although the smell of mushroom grew stronger as it was growing. That still looked good, is it an annual event. Is there any folk law behind the festival?

  9. Hi both, Nick you can't choose one piglet, you need two as your other two are a lot bigger and might bully the little one. Let Andrea choose one 😃
Love the kampuchea. And the mushroom festival, wow amazing. 💚
