My client was an American who paid lots in taxes! He decided to renounce his American citizenship and get St Kitts & Nevis CBI.
For him, financially this made lots of sense! Just the amount he saved on tax that year paid for the citizenship immediately!
If you’re in a situation where you pay lots of tax, and the second passport will give you the opportunity to not pay all this tax – technically you got your citizenship for free! In this case, the cost is not so important, since the ROI is massive!
ROI needs to make sense for your specific situation. Not everyone has tax concerns. Some people are looking for a different lifestyle or optionality.

Am I looking for a second citizenship why not because in India we get Overseas citizen of India card even if you leave the Indian citizenship…. That is like a Indian citizenship except voiting rights……
I thought you are going to talk about taking collaterized loan backed by your liquid assets at very low interest rates and getting Turkish citizenship by investing in property and repaying this loan with rental income from newly acquired property. That would be getting passport really for free. I don't know if anyone already did that.

Make a video about passports like the "NSK Passport", and the "World Service Authority Passport". You cannot international travel to 99.9% of of places with them, but you can use as an alternate form of ID at places like a hotel if you want to keep your anonymity. They are around $200. It might be a niche situation but interesting video for you to make.
Schengen 90/180 rules for third-country citizens… If a third-country citizen had two passports (from two different jurisdictions) with access to Schengen, each able to stay for 90 days in 180 days… could they use both passports alternatively without triggering an overstay, if they completed a 'visa run' and left every 90 days and entered with the other passport?
