Portugal Golden Visa Webinar – What has changed since 1 January and what are the real estate options in the Algarve?

Mild climate, high vaccination rates and excellent tax incentives are listed as some of the reasons Portugal is a desirable location to live and invest in real estate.
The country has become one of the top places in Europe to get residency through real estate investment after surpassing 10,000 golden visa applications as of 2021.

With its Golden Visa, Portugal has created an efficient process by which non-EU residents can gain the right to live and work in Portugal and eventually gain Portuguese citizenship.
