Rwanda has an authoritarian regime, the President keeps changing the constitution to stay in power. Opposition critics, journalists, musicians are kidnapped, jailed, killed. If you don't mind all that, Rwanda is for you! Better have a return ticket ready, as things may go haywire by 2024, when the President is supposed to be stepping down.
