In this video, we’re going to explore an abandoned mansion in Portugal. This mansion was once the home of a Portuguese videographer, but his life was unlucky…
This is the story of Carlos Pinto, he was someone who had seemingly everything, his life was literally carved out for him. Carlos graduated from university as a cinematographer and worked for years in the United States on numerous well-regarded movies. During that time, he also met his wife Linda, and they made the decision to move back to his home country of Portugal. They moved into the extravagant mansion that Carlos inherited from his parents, this was also the place where their 2 beautiful children, Jori and Helga were born. Although everything appeared perfect for them, his wife was growing increasingly unhappy with their life in Portugal, and this led her to decide to move back to the United States.
Their son Jori had respiratory problems, so they made the decision that it would be better for him to stay in Portugal with Carlos, and Helga moved back to the USA with her mother. Over the years, Jori’s health grew ever more fragile, and he passed away at a very young age.
All of this had a big hit on Carlos his mental and physical health. Over the years this only grew worse, and he only lived until the age of 57, when he left planet earth behind forever…
Upon entering this peculiar house we got the feeling that somebody was still living there, even though the place had been abandoned for more than 15 years, it felt strange, just like somebody could come walking inside right at that moment.
Let us take you on a tour of what has been left behind, and tell you the story of their lives.

Obama did not transform America and was one of the worst presidents we had. He was not even African American and could care less about us. The vice president we have now is not African American and put a lot of blacks here in jail with long terms for having a tiny bit of weed of small offenses. Trump got them out. Obama was a nightmare and said the bible was nothing but the Quran was a better book and started laws to help gays that Biden used to help Trans people that act like they are at war with real women. I'm black and did not vote for him. There were better black men out there to vote for and he was not it. Obama can suck eggs. This house is great but a bit too sad. Thanks for all the research you do and it's great you had the help of that wonderful cameraman. He did such a great job.

Hi Lesley & Danny, Wow this Portugal House was Truly a Time Capsule of Carlos & his Family! Sad that son died so young, was thinking he should of went to United States where more doctors are & maybe they could of cured him! Daughter being Healthy might of lived longer keeping her Father alive longer! I wonder why Mother & Daughter did not come back & take the belongings, of pictures, clothes, books, Paintings!! Wow 14 TV`s, 5 DVD or VHS machines & 1 microwave, 1 sewing machine & 1 piano that still plays, 1 record player!!
Love Carlos pictures! You 2 have done a Great job telling us things about this house! A History Museum should buy this place & show off to everyone about this Famous Family, before whole house is ruined! Lesley & Danny have a Good Work Week, & You 2 a Great Weekend!!

I could happily live in that house, it is beautiful 😍 I don't think it's messy, I think they were just very busy and creative. And with the added stress of dealing with a child who has life threatening health problems your priorities change. This is why what Lesley and Danny do is so important. The dust and cobwebs are always going to be here, but we won't be. I love you guys 😘 thank you so much 😘😘

I loved to see the old furniture. The piece in minute 36:00 its definetely older than the 2000s. Maybe from 70s. I have seen many like that. Typical portuguese old furniture. Great video!
