looks great, ***** hotel, but beware: almost paper-thin-like walls, no place for people sensitive to noise – and we know: we stayed there for 4 nights, and that in low season only, in march 2010. and we could listen to our neighbors easily – didn’t understand them, though, as they communicated in portuguese 😉

@bobthesalad : you are right, it wasn't the hotel itself that was loud but the rooms we were in, with very thin paper-like walls. maybe we just had extraordinarily loud neighbors……
When i went it was very quiet and that was in march 2011
was a fantastic hotel. for the full week we enjoyed every momrnt of it. would def go back the staff and people were lovely. thank you
by the way, we wouldn't stay there again, much 'too loud' the rooms are – a place only for people not noise-sensitive at all
