Unfortunately this a reality in Portugal. We had similar situation, but in our case they did the work for what we pay ( destroying all the apartment) and after they disappeared.
In the end we just contract another team.
Unfortunately this kind of things take forever if you take legal action, can take years in court.
I Was Going to Say Hopefully You Havent Paid Them Yet ! But You Said you Did ! Thats Why They Stopped But They Should Make It Good ! You Should Report them !Dont Pay them no more till their done !Hope you get it done soon !

I've heard about troubles during renovations, but have they "ghosted" you? Can you not get in touch with them or are they simply ignoring the fact that they should be working? Either way I wish you all the best and I hope you can make some videos with better news pretty soon!
