Congrats on your life changing move to Portugal. I think that house is perfect. From my perspective it has a nice courtyard, which gives privacy and not too much land to manage. It would certainly be my choice. I'm sure it will be a big job to get the house fixed up, it will be lovely when it's all done up.🙂👍👍👍👍🥂

dont worry about the electric just contact EDP and up the amps only costs a couple of euros more a month and yes you can run kettles, washing machines etc… after 5 builds in portugal we do know LOL lovely house!
