Why are they talking about dollars in Ghana , that’s crazy., some people even never seen a dollar before. What is wrong with Ghana economy. Is the Country becoming America . I think they need to fixed the economy or the government must go. I don’t think average joe have that kind of the money, to rent or buy that house.

From the outside those flats look like they could be in the UK, Canada, Europe and elsewhere. Very nice on the inside. On the one hand it would be good to buy one and rent it out although for those renting long term, it becomes dead money.
I had closely looked at these houses 🏘️ you're show casing Gloria. The design and fittings inside are not really so extraordinary to warrant such high prices (sale and rental), I mean US $230 000 is just out of this world. Even US $170 000 is relatively high. As a South African, I must say that a US $170 000 can get you a nice single storey house in an upmarket suburb in a gated estate somewhere in Cape Town. US $230 000 can get you a very nice three bedroom apartment here in Birmingham in the UK 🇬🇧. I think the developer of these houses went a bit more greedy with their pricing honestly.
