If you are planning to shift to Portugal through then you can follow the process I have explain. Which is very easy, simple, less expensive compare to applying from agent and man power.
Basically there is 2 ways to apply Portugal work visa from Nepal 1. From Agent 2. By yourself.

Make your CV in Euro pass format
Make your motivation/ cover letter
Apply for jobs based on your interested field of work. May be in hotels, agriculture, factory etc.
If you get job offer and work permit from your company than you can prepare for other documents.
Get free consulting from Portugal’s consulor which is located in hattisar, Kamalpokhari Kathmandu.
Get ready with all documents.
Then visit VFX office to take appoinment.
You can take appointments online as well.
Double check if all the documents are ready and complete or not.
Then pay visa fees and apply for visa.
Note: don’t forget to legalised your documents in Portugal embassy/consular office in Nepal.
