I just paid off my 870 sq ft condo in Tampa that I purchased for 100k in 2020 and now runs 200k. That new ONE MONTH apartment price is the equivalent of my ANNUAL HOA dues. Good God!

Well from what I see they are moving in immigrants from other countries and are helping with their rent for a few years while natural born citizens are struggling and it’s so sad that America only cares about people coming into the country instead of those who are already here paying taxes

I can’t complain too much. Rent for me in the last 3 years has gone up a total of $100. For someone not making +$100k it’s pretty steep for a frugal person as myself.

Their apartment is the same size as mine here in Chicago but I pay $950 a month for it. (I live in Chinatown) Plus my apartment looks better and has a full sized kitchen.
