Salam, I have a question will be happy if you answer it, so I applied for EEA family permit and refused and appealed and still got dismissed, now again gone for upper tribunal still no response, now if I apply for skilled worker visa with home office approved sponsorship company, with achieving all 70 points, can there be an issue for me to get visa just because of the past EEA refusal or applying for upper tribunal?
