Completing the Portugal Passenger Locator Card is very easy.
You’ll need to wait until after you’ve checked-in for your flight before completing the Portugal Passenger Locator Card because you’ll need to know your seat number.
To complete the card you’ll need your passport, flight time details, & your address in Portugal (or the airport address if transmitting to another country).

Forgot to print QR form code from first screen . Can I use the QR code from e mail locator card .
Do you have to print the first passanger form QR code. I forgot and only have the location card. Will this QR code be enough or will I re do new application
I was searching like a dumb for the password to open the form… And it's just the ID number of the ID Card or Passport that we used in the form. HA!
