How to Find an Apartment in Portugal 2023 | Move to Portugal | D7 Visa | Black Expat

Learn how to find an apartment in Portugal with Rossini. We moved to Portugal a few months ago, but the D7 Visa requires you to have living arrangements before applying. In San Francisco, at the time of this airing, the consulate required a minimum of a 1-year lease.
After several failed attempts we worked with Rossini to find the amazing apartment that we have.

  1. Hello Halisi and Ric! My husband and I love Rossini's professionalism and dedication to his business. He is prompt, hard working and most importantly, he listens to his clients needs and delivers. If I knew a thousand people who wanted to move to Portugal, I would recommend Rossini a thousand times. We are very happy with our experience and looking forward to starting a new life in Portugal.🤗🧳✈

  2. Hi Halisi, I looked on tube and box (has tiny pills, too (areyvedic measurement 6x 9x 30x. on pills. higher number means more diluted. I love cream, ointment, gel. depends on application. For yours I'd use gel. Its from France
Arnica Montana by Boiron. (made in France) I just looked at tube for you. about $7. a tube in US. Co-op or WholeFoods…, Denver.. Also, years ago I got a jar, (homemade…) from Nutritionist in Boulder. So it has to be around in your area. Boiron from France. I imagine, there, other brands. Or homemade oinment jar with Shea butter; Depends on store types, pharmacies if into natural remedies. It reduces inflammation. Reduces bruising. I take a few pills at night to help me sleep. If I knit alot, my right hand talks to me: i rub into hand. I fell on ice, put on shoulder and hand and knee. I've had it in my 'go to' kit for ???20 years ? cant live without it. Highly recommend.
Hope you can find and it helps. Made from little flowers. Homeopathic. Best to you !!! hug. Hi to Rick.

  3. About lifts: according to the rules, lifts are mandatory to buildings with more than 4 floors . Until reaching this number of floors you are not compelled to install a lift. Of course if you want to… well its your money. Some old buildings have 5 floors, but the last one was not built for people to live in. Today some old buildings have been reconverted and people are living right under the roof, the main cause being the market pressure, soa lifts ware added .

  4. About Lisboa's Freguesias and Bairros. Both designations are "still in use"according to what you want to define. A Freguesia is the smallest administrative division, under the medium division of the Concelho and this one under the larger and top level Distrito division (Freguesia < Concelho < Distrito). This administrative organization is common to all country, with exceptions to large cities where the Concelho division is omitted like in Lisboa, Porto, etc. The today's city administrative division of Freguesias is the outcome of a merging process when several small Freguesias merged, process ended in 2015 . The Bairros are (unlike the administrative division of the Freguesias) a neighborhood with particular characteristics, related to the people living in, cultural traditions, urbanistic characteristics, etc. The most known ones in Lisboa are Baixa, Chiado e Bairro Alto, Belém, Alfama, Parque das Nações, etc. Check at " maps-lisbon DOT com "and change to english by clicking the 3 horizontal lines at right hand side up of the page. You 'll have plenty info about this ant other subjects. By the way. The today's Freguesias are the reminescent of old administrative church's Freguesias (Parrishes). The today's freguesia administrative organization is a representative one, elected by the citizens living at each freguesia, composed by a president (Presidente da Junta de Freguesia), the president of the assembly (Presidente da Mesa da Junta de Freguesia) and the deputy from each party (Vogais da Junta de Freguesia).
