Hi! So, we just rented a car and actually found the cheapest rate at the Lisbon Airport!! We went with Avis aand it was great…By booking online we cut in line, pick up and drop off was super easy and overall a good experience! Not sure if taxes were more, but our car for 3 days anx unlimited kilometers was less than 200€ and that included a late return fee…We drove 2500km (I know it was grueling) so I did not question the late fee or final charge. Oh, it was 2€/day for the toll pass and TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! I do think you need to check around depending on season, but we booked just a couple weeks in advance!
