Article 89 allows the applicant to open an independent activity in finance and submit immigration.
The finance office has changed the law to open the fiance activity. A representative, who has already opened an activity in fiance, having TRC is required to open an activity in finance for any new person.

Firstly, They have to go to the Notaria office to prepare a Power of attorney for the above-said subject.
