Im going back to Thailand this winter for the first time since Mars 2020. Hope Chiang Mai has started to get back to normal again. Take care!

Would be interesting to get your take about what you find in the UK post covid.
It looks like the economy is taking a big hit right now, especially with the currency crisis.
Back here in Australia, we are still waiting for the impact on the economy due to the global financial conditions ( predicted food & energy crisis), but we are always 6 to 12 months behind the rest of the world with most things. AUD has been steadily declining, but then so is every currency against the USD.
We heading back to Thailand in December for school holidays, can't come fast enough 🙂

It would be great if you could fit in a few toilet reviews whilst you are back in the UK just to compare to those back in Thailand.

It's fantastic to see Bob doing so well. I have an idea regarding Bob and a third channel for you… "BobStation 4k". You could set up a 4k security camera out back focused on Bob and have it streaming 24/7. I often find myself wondering how Bob is doing, would be great to check in on him at anytime. 😁

Every time you say a Nordic house in Thailand it sounds architecturally wrong, but I guess realtors have to have a sales description. Great to catch up James and great as always. We are on the move down South James to the gulf to what was to be our holiday home. It was after a lot of soul searching we are selling up here in CR and moving south. The North was too quite for us and my son was not enjoing school up here which was the main thing for our move to be honest. So like the swallows we are heading south lol….enjoy family and home .
