I must say that the villa is very well designed from the outside with a very well-kept garden, but the house itself is, in my opinion, a misuse of the whole area, and inside it is very massive and dark colors, but what is more, the sculptures and works there add a lot and elevate the house

Question about La Zagaleta: Are the villas hooked up to communal sewage and water? Same with Gas lines? Also Spain isn't well-known for fast internet connections, but I'd expect the demand of high level clientel would require fiber or similar, so what internet connections are available throughout La Zagalete?
Great review! I viewed this property in 2013. Back then the asking price was 7.45M. The refurbishing job was not completely finished back then, and the property didn't do it for me.

First off, a great house especially for this price! It has so many amenities that you would expect only in a much more expensive property.
Most property tours of luxury homes focus on the location and/or the potential for entertaining a lot of guests but I love how Karla focused on the house and the way it would make a great family home. Also, props to Karla and her English coach – be more confident, you're doing a great job communicating how wonderful the property is!
We'd definitely love to see more tours from Karla and her team!
