Oh Nick! There's not much that surprises me at my age, but moving through this absolutely 'charming' house was a real delight. Every corner about to be turned was filled with anticipation. I don't think I would change anything. I loved the honesty. I really could see myself there with friends and family….(but for $)! You've shown us homes of elegance, and high end decor, but this one has captured my heart. Thank you.
Sold! I wish it were so…. What a fantastic property! Though the house is a bit of a maze, it was still very comfortable and inviting. The owners did not try to rework things; it's a farmhouse in the country, and they kept everything rustic but updated. I'm not sure about the orphaned bedroom on the ground floor, the overuse of yellow and red on the walls, and the plain tile in the bathrooms, but these are far outweighed by the view, the fireplaces and the relaxing sitting areas. Oh, and did I mention the view?? Wow! Nick, this video was very entertaining, especially the whimsical open and close. Once again there were a few laughs. Bravo! Do the sheep come with the property?
how much
how much this house
how much it cost。
It’s fantastic. I’d love to live here. One thing I did not see is the laundry room. Where is it located?
very ancient 🤔
Beautiful Nick, so charming! btw, do you also live in Umbria?
Great place Nick. I think that I would need a road map for the first few months.Thank you for showing it.
Man, those sheep had me fooled at first! Very realistic! Loved your humor and enthusiasm as always, Nick, and especially appreciate you showing us this particular property!!! Love the lack of predictability. Love the shape of the building overall (not a simple rectangular box), love all of the little details (cubbies, door sizes, arrangements of things) kept from the original structures even though I’m sure keeping those increased the complexity/cost of the restoration. Love the loft and secret rooms. Love the artist studio, and how they implemented openable windows behind the original barn ventilation brick walls. If you think we simply love it, you are right! Many, many thanks for taking us along!!
Amazing. Worth stopping work to watch this and dream!
Nick, in these types of sales.. particularly this one, is furniture included? … thank you, D
Must be hard to leave there after all these years…
Good one…
Why aren't the sheep moving??😂
Thank you Nick, this property oozes Italian charm out of every wooden beam. I want to hug 🤗 this house 😍 whoever buys it I hope they rent it out because I would love to soak in it’s Italian character 🥰
Hi Nick- this is a great one indeed. Thanks for keeping us hopeful during these tough times.
Love it! Great house… amazing for the price! (I think a dozen REAL sheep would be more fun!)🤣
I think the views are fantastic. The house itself is very rustic with a convoluted floor plan, but I love it. Looks like an isolated home for complete privacy. Thanks for showing us such a wonderful property.
Hi Nick, I love watching these tours
Fantastic film location.
If the bathrooms were up to standard, then it would make it look ohhh so much better. But I understand somebody will like it for the way it was built. Nice view.
Yep!!! It is a lovely property!
i thought they are real lamb lol
Another nice property Nick, my wife loves the art studio great potential. Great view and location.
I remain addicted to your wonderful channel but once again cannot restrain myself from sticking my oar in with a comment.
You undoubtedly have specific reasons for choosing how you begin each home tour, but as an avid fan I would love to be introduced to the interiors as a guest would upon arriving for a visit.
I seem able to process floorplans and flow so much better when I start at the point where a visitor would first be greeted and invited in to the home.
As you point out, due to the history and prior uses of these marvellous buildings, there are often multiple entrances (particularly on the 1st floor – oops, I think I should say ground floor) and I may be completely alone in this preference, but I figured it never hurts to mention.
Take care, stay well, and please keep putting out your amazingly entertaining and interesting tours.
Top class property, Nick. I also initially thought the sheep were real! Fascinating tour. Thanks, Nick! 💕
Why are there never vegetable gardens? Is it maybe considered lower class or something to grow your own? Some of the places I've thought maybe they didn't have enough water, but one would think even a space for some kale and berries. It is a lovely house though, can see it full of grandkids or something 🙂
Congratulations on 40k plus subscribers Nick! That's fabulous! We just love your channel and you. Keep up the great work. 🥂
This house is a home. Secret rooms for kids and all. That kitchen area is plenty big. This is perfect.
That's a lot of house for the money!!
What a beautiful house, Nick. Thank you. x
🍓🍐🧀🥖Absolutely perfect Nick! Oozing character and history, simple but dramatic at the same time. You cannot beat the homely feeling you get from each room you move through, each old original door frame, each original old door, windows, handmade nails and rustic beams. Spooky stairs and secret but stunning attic..Loved it all, including the views and location. P.S. The sheep are fantastic! 😍 🍷❤🇦🇺🦘
That rustic traditional charm, What’s not to love ❤️
Beautifull. I am so addicted to this chanel right now. I love how you narrate me trough these houses and they give me inspiration for my own.
Nick, another soothing rummage. I was looking for the black sheep. Perhaps it was behind the camera 😎.
I got a bit lost in this video
