Summer is my least favorite season, but with that pool, I think I could get used to Italian summers. A few insect repellant lamps/incense and life's good. I can't believe they're ready to go. There must be a compelling reason. Hopefully they'll get to remain in Tuscany. Even if a kitchen has updates, I still want it to feel as though it belongs in the countryside, rather than at a designer kitchen showroom.

I found your channel yesterday and have been gorging on your house tours. I adore Italy and would love to move there but family commitments as a carer prevent me from moving, not finances. Loving the properties, especially loved the one with the untouched chemistry lab, it made me so sad that it was not going to stay as a little bit of history with the sale. Also loved the empty properties containing bits and pieces of past inhabitants. It's such a treat to see these properties and to dream a little about what could be. Also love your enthusiasm much like a kid in a sweet shop and your the deep throaty growls of delight, finding the little details that I love such as the wear on the floors and old hinges and locks. I've fallen in love with your channel and god dammit man, a little bit in love with you too, it's not just a virtual tour it's also a virtual romance. Lol!

I have been to Italy but never had the chance to venture out of the cities. These videos are awesome Nick, Gracie. and keep them coming cause this type of marketing works.

Nick, you had me from the beginning. The outdoor spaces are fantastic. But of course, the awesome views are the real draw for me. You chose the right time of day to film, with the sun at your back. The inside of the house is tastefully finished. Initially I wasn't sure about the color of the windows and doors, put I concluded that it's perfect. There is just a homey feel about this place. I would have liked if you had shown some of the grounds (e.g., barn, olive trees, etc.), but it's hard to find fault with what you presented. Definitely, a reasonable asking price; I guessed 2.2m euros. How fortunate you are to visit and present such wonderful properties! And we're very fortunate to share the experience. Thanks!
