Today I’m sharing my first ever minimalistic apartment renovation in the Sims 4. This Sims 4 apartment is renovated as a full glass, modern, minimalistic, light, and elegant studio apartment.
This is a 930 Medina studio apartment in San Myshuno (The Sims 4 City living). It has a bedroom area, a kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom area, a bathroom, and a toilet.
It’s a perfect apartment for a sim couple who enjoy city living.

First type: ctrl + shift + c
Then type: testingcheats true – press enter
Next cheat: bb.showhiddenobjects
Next cheat: bb.showliveeditobjects
Next cheat: bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement
In the search menu type: DEBUG
AND UNLOCK DEBUG SECTION

I always see how you challenge yourself with different styles and I really admire it. Your own artistic vision always comes through but everything is so well researched and thoughtful. You made minimalism beautiful, not boring, and really showcased the view and light, too.
This has way, way too much going on to be classified as "minimal."
It's a cool apartment, but definitely NOT minimal.
WOW! THIS IS STUNNING! There is so much light and airy space. The windows allow for a stunning view that you don't get in the original apartment! I LOVE IT!!!

I definitely would have squeezed a guest bathroom in a modern home as well! My train of thought would be "If this sim had so much money why would they want to share a bathroom with anyone!" This build is amazing as always! Along with all the other builds I didn't comment on (I've been silently watching haha!) <3

This is my DREAM apartment 😍 It's fantastic and warm which is pretty incredible since it's mainly white. Such a cozy, inviting vibe. I love it!!

Honestly agree with u about how minimalism often looks boring. Sometimes theres 0 personality in modern houses now, but you nailed this build nd it gives me really futuristic vibes 😍 one day i hope to see a full on futuristic “cyberpunk/utopian” vibe build from you my fave builder!!!
