Time to remove the crumbling plaster from the old stone walls. Perfect timing whilst it’s raining. And we can reveal the cobble style stones on the courtyard floor. Fingers crossed it will look as rustic and characterful as we imagine it will. Also we have an idea of floor plan for the main house. It was a task to get 3 bedrooms in there, so we are relieved a 2 bed layout seems to work really well. Hopefully we can keep all the character and quirks, mixed with a touch of modern comfort..
