Has anyone ever put on an insulated tile roof and then secure actual tiles on top for more authentic looking aesthetic?

I found the roof work hard to watch because of the way you both scrambled around at height. Constantly expecting disaster. Thank goodness that's done. The house will be amazing and I hope that you get a very good profit because you deserve it.

Your Patio area is beautiful and inviting . The work James and Andrew are doing makes me tired – but I am a lot older and used to be able to do some things like that….be thankful for what you can get done. Good job on the videos. Enjoying your perspective of the remodel.

20:44 you should have cut a little bit of the wall next to the tile ( with a grinder or a chisel…) in order for the cement enter inside the wall and to make a stronger bond between the tile and the wall…..
