Selling my land in central Portugal in a village called Rapos in castanheira de pêra in the Leiria district.
It has 7,000 m2 land with a barn and a well. There are two winter streams on the property. The barn is registered and could be converted to a house as it is or the land it sits on can be changed easily to urban so the barn could be knocked down for a bigger house to be built.
It has a well with plenty of water. There is an orchard with fig, cherry, plum, peach, pear and quince. The land is made up of four articles one is the woodland on one side of the road and the other three are in the valley part where the barn is. The woodland is mostly eucalyptus trees which could be sold for around €500 if required or chopped and used for building or firewood. It is a beautiful spot in summer and the photos do not do it justice when the trees are in bloom. There is a waterfall and small river beach in the village. It’s 1km to the nearest cafe and 5km to castanheira de pêra where you have the water park praia das rochas. Plus there is two petrol stations many supermarkets an animal feed shop chinese shop and many restaurants and cafes. The village the land is in is lovely and the neighbours are very friendly and kind. There is no English people in the village only Portuguese. It has miles of beautiful tracks to walk and stunning scenery. It is on the market at €28,000 or offers close for fast sale.
