I've watched the duplex tour of this development, but you said you did two tours of different units. (besides this one) I am not finding the other one.
As a disabled person this looks fab! I think you presented it all beautifully & love both your personalities & style of vlogging😍. It's really made me think that this would be a good space even though i'm in my early 50s at the moment & retirement is some years away yet👍🏻

it's helpful that the hallways and other areas are well-lighted with downlights and other lights. this is great for people who might have a little vision trouble.
a nice feature in this area and also inside the 2-story apartments is that the steps have a different color strip at the edge. this makes it easier to see where the edge is.
many older people can go up and down stairs, but many cannot. so it is very helpful that there are lifts.
