Cash just means you aren't using a mortgage or any type of financing. You can still pay cash through wire/bank transfer etc. Nobody just walks around with a case of cash to pay for a property.
Good Show…there is market correction coming to the DR Tourist area markets. The Ukrane war is causing a problem & the cost of money is going up fast(inflation) worldwide.
