A great service thank you Ivar. Can I just add that we shipped an entire suitcase in 2013 from Pamplona and as you mentioned, it had to be wrapped in cling wrap – it seemed an odd thing to do but that is what the postal office required. Our hotel kindly let us use the huge kitchen roll of cling wrap that they had to wrap it. We attached a huge address label to both the front and back of the suitcase and this was protected by the layers of cling wrap. However, there was a strict limit of 20kg – they would NOT handle anything heavier. Things may have changed since then. What would be the best procedure to ship from SJPP?
Thanks Ivar, I will be sending a box in May and originally I was going to send it from Bayonne but I will have some time and plan to go to San Sebastián and Bilbao so I will take your advice and try to send it from one of those cities.

Hello Ivar, again another timely video as I have been contemplating perhaps using your luggage storage services. Thank you.
Ivar, I will walk from Porto & transfer my bag daily, but once in Santiago, I want to store my bag and just take my smaller pack for the Ferrol to Santiago walk (6 days) and also for 2-3 days from Finisterre to Muxia then bus back to Santiago.
Bottom line: I will not be shipping – I will be delivering in person. Would I just show up at your place during your open hours to deliver? Do I still need to wrap everything, or can I just hand over my rolling duffel bag? Thank you. (Hope I don't have to wrap it up.) I would make sure all my contact information is attached to the bag. I can't recommend this service more. I shipped a box when I arrived so that I would have some clothing for some nice dinners after with real pants, shirts, shoes.
As we all know, things happen and I wasn't in Santiago on time. The box was dropped off, without me even paying, because they were closed the next day. WOW. I sent them EUR 20 in the post and I HOPE they received it, because nothing this nice has ever been done.

Ivar, I used your service in 2017 from Pamplona and it was so great and gave me such peace of mind. You emailed me when my box arrived and you kept it until I arrived and we arranged for it to be dropped off at my hotel in Old Town. I used Correros to ship the box from Pamplona and I was appreciative that the woman who helped me assemble the medium size box at the post office knew you and your address and helped me fill out the paperwork correctly. Thank you for all that you do for pilgrims all over the world. It is appreciated.
