Bedroom A: Large en suite facilies for the master bedroom, with queen sized double bed, with a large and full length wardrobe for hanging clothing, dresses and formal wear, plus chests of drawers for storage. There’s a large sliding door facing the East that opens directly onto the breakfast area.
Bedroom B: Large triple bedroom with en suite facilities, including a queen sized bed and a single bed. There is also a full length wardrobe for hanging clothes and formal wear, and chests of drawers for storing additional clothing. To the West is a large sliding door leading outdoors.
Bedroom C: Large triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, with adjacent bathing facilities, a full length wardrobe and chests of drawers for clothing storage.
Bedrooom D: Large double bedrooom with queen size bed and a full size wardrobe, en suite faclities, and a large sliding door leading out to the front of the property.
Apartment: Above the original part of the villa is a wide open terrace area, upon which holiday apartment sits. Overlooking the entire property, this apartment includes en suite facilities as well as a queen size bed and self contained cooking facilities for food storage.
In the evening, the villa cools down sufficiently to remain at a comfortable temperature, even in the high heat of the summer months. At this time, it’s recommended that you make use of one of the several al fresco dining areas located around the villa for your evening meals. Directly next to the kitchen is a sheltered area we like to use for breakfast, with a tiled floor and seating for 6, there’s also a full size grill for fans of barbecue cooking and that flame grilled taste. To the South of the villa, next to the pool is another sheltered area with seating for 6, overlooking th swimming pool. Beyond the swimming pool is a a large open terrace with additional seating for 6 that offers superb panoramic views over the green valley that runs from North to South on the East side of the villa.

The swimming pool is an attractive and highly prominent feature of the complex, with a beautiful mosaic at the pool bottom depicting a mermaid after which the property is named, after all, the Portuguese word for mermaid is sereia.
