Former YPD Detectives Mike Lorenzo and Bob Maitre visit Wicker Street and Maria Neto.
Mike is a legend who needs no introduction. Bob Maitre worked with Mike in YPD and was the first professional LE Officer to tell me that he thought the Neto information really had legs.

A 30 30 is a flying potato, a very slow round absolutely not pointed, a 30 o 6 is about 2000fps faster, the dog would have been decapitated
I love Maria and the rapport you’ve forged with her! Her hospitality and disclosure is invaluable. One question: Does it seem like police had an underwhelming response to the escalated assaults that the Neto family experienced? I don’t want to be anachronistic and expect something that wasn’t relative to the time and place. I came away with the impression that the response from law enforcement wasn’t taking things very seriously?
Hey, is it my imagination? Doesn't Mike Lorenzo remind us of Chuck Wepner of Bayonne, the guy who fought Muhammed Ali and was the original inspiration for the Rocky movies?
We need more of theese men today, And the kindness between you and the older generation is so outstanding. Thank you all.
This was a fantastic video Manny – one of your very best. Full of great factual information but also warm human interaction, which is the hallmark of your work. So sorry to hear you will not be continuing your series, which is ending just as I have discovered you. Good luck in all you do in the future.
Mike lorenzo seems like a real no nonsense kind o guy the the type of person we need in today's bonkers PC world we are forced to live in.
So Supposedly Berkie met John at some party or met once or twice at Park. On the way home could John, who liked young girls, on walk home tells Berk- Hey, some fine young girl lives here, he would know her name I’m sure mother had records of all neighbors. And as mentioned Berk moved closer to action. Berk perhaps wanted to impress John Carr.
More Mike Lorenzo!
