ABOUT HALISI AND RIC: If you’re like us, you were living your life – helping your kids through college and other endeavors, taking a vacation here and there, and strivin’. Then one day you wake up and realize 50 is staring you in the face and your savings and retirement account look piddly.
We changed the way we handled our finances and within three years our net worth went from -$22k to $800k+ and we were in a position to retire. We are currently scouting locations to retire abroad.
If you believe you might need some help in those areas, book a call with us. We will help you come up with a plan, to get your finances straight so that you can retire or maybe just…work less!

We are not financial advisors, but financial educators. The content in our courses, on our website, and on our YouTube videos are for educational purposes only and merely cites our own personal opinions. In order to make the best financial decision that suits your needs, you must conduct your own research and seek the advice of a licensed financial advisor if necessary.

  1. Watching the replays! Hey Halisi and Ric! Loving this live stream! @Tia Niki – love your YT channel too! I have a SIM card with Telcel and I recharge for month for 300 pesos for unlimited data. I recharge thru the undostres app. There are probably better plans but it's been working for me. Thank y'all for finding a way out and sharing with others♥

  2. Stumbled on your page from stumbling on TiaNiki's channel. I'm try9ing to plan my 2 year exit. I need to visit several areas to see what resonates. Looking forward to going through your videos.

  3. Omg! I'm watching the replay and enjoying it immensely. I haven't laughed this much in ages. You all have great energy! I follow Nikki on Facebook and I'm thrilled to hear her story and how she and her Mom overcame tremendous hardships. 🙏🏼

  4. I am a follower of both channels. As a native Mexicano I am so happy to hear the stories From the Queens and the. Brother King. My mother brought us to USA when I was 7, I an now 53. I have been working on my move for 12 years and Merida is the place. Bringing my wife with me who is a Black Queen too 💃🏽👍🏿. The Hot flash thing is Halarious, my wife don’t think so. Wakanda 4Ever. Viva la 4T y AMLO Y MEXICO 🇲🇽🫡🇲🇽

  5. Halisi and Ric it’s always a pleasure watching your channel! 🔔!! You both are so inspiring and like your guest are so amazingly transparent.
You recently gave me great advice on obtaining a visas and I am working toward my New Beginning.
My sister and I talk daily comparing notes from West Coast to Midwest walking toward our DREAM LIFE!
    Thank you!!❤💫

  6. Thanks for mentioning safety. As an American, it’s true, all you hear is how dangerous it is in Mexico, and I found my self buying into the same thing. There are so many wonderful, beautiful, and safe places in many parts of the world. This was a great conversation, and after hearing Tia’s story, I’m so happy to see that she and her lovely Mom are in a safe, beautiful, affordable place they love and are very happy there!

  7. 20min in, I knew she was in the DMV during the Reagan era. That generation will hustle harrrrrrrd!!!! Nothing but love and respect for her. Living around bright and cheerful colors has a good effect on people.

  8. Watching on the replay! But doesn't matter GREAT info never expires. I got my permanent residency for Mexico last month. I plan to move when all my affairs are in order thanks for the help of you all and the mass exodus FAMILY!

  9. Watching the replay fam, I knew this would be great. I was informed and I also laughed. Tia Niki’s soul and spirit is infectious
I enjoyed that her mom was also a guest 🤎🥰

  10. Ps) it will be interesting to see how her ( Nikiand Mom) residency visa process, completion goes. I’m hearing they are handing out one year temp residencies. It’s now $3000. Monthly income, first of year. Then renew for three year temp residency. And permanent residency requirements have a much higher requirement, financial. More reasonable ($) if you slide into permanent from temp. Many people are fleeing California. Almost looks like MX wants the California money. Thanks again, to you both and Niki and Mom. Interesting time, isn’t it!!! 🙂

  11. Hi Hi Halisi and Rick, I cant thank you enough for your interview yesterday with Niki. Niki and her Mom. Both you and Jazzi (below) have an interesting discussion going.. I felt so strongly for Niki’s Mom. We all called her Mom. I didn’t catch her name. Older women, often single handedly raising the kid(s) on way lower paying jobs. The stories Niki shared about her mothers plight, til she got her out of there to Merida is many older womens plight in America. Your choice comes down to low income squalor housing and being treated very poorly (not to mention your own erosion of self esteem). I was kicking my heels to hear what impromptu fun and joy she is now living. Don’t we all deserve that. Niki, you are a godsend. Helisi, you are so right, on medical and politics. H & R, I’d love to hear a more in-depth interview on Niki’s program. She touched on it in the end. Thanks again. Fabulous interview. Thank you Niki and Mom.

  12. Hi Halisi and Ric! Bedros and I visited my mother for her birthday so unfortunately I could not tune into the live. Niki story is so real, heartbreaking yet inspiring. Unfortunately, her story is mirroring most of us here in the states. I appreciate Niki's willingness to tell her story; her story is an indication of what we're all feeling and experiencing. 🙄 It's great to see Nikki and her mom make it out. They look happy and in a better comfortable space. 😊

  13. Hi guys! I was so happy to make it to the live stream today! Lovely interview with wonderful energy. I wanted to express some concerns, but didn't want to ruin the energy.

First no country is perfect. There are many problems in the US, but there are opportunities as well. It seems like some are blaming all of their problems on the country. We have some control over how we live. My T-Mobile is $160.00 a month for five cell phone lines. I have unlimited everything as well as international service in many countries. I'm saying all of this to say that you don't have to have a two hundred dollar phone bill. My concern is when people blame others for their blight they fail to take responsibility for the outcome. If you had poor financial skills in the states and make no changes, how successful will you be moving abroad with the same habits?

    Thanks for the great info!
