  1. I really enjoyed learning more about Patricia. I just had four coaching sessions with her (moving to France in a few weeks), and we were so focused on ME, ME, ME that I didn't get to hear all of her great story.

  2. I found Patricia's channel from the black expat app. Love her channel. it's funny, I love the Spanish language and hate the French language…but she makes me want to at the very least visit the south of France. Great Interview!!!

  3. Just subscribed. Interesting conversation. I'm 60 and will probably retire in 5-8 years. I'm keeping my house in Maryland, but would love to have a condo in Europe, a kind of base where I and family members can stay while visiting several countries at a time in Europe. COVID messed up my goal of traveling to all 7 continents before turning 60, so I still have Australia and Antarctica left. Australia will probably be next year.

  4. “Do you want to see my forest?” I would have ran screaming 😱 but different cultural norms I guess? I can tell this was a definite tipping point to being accepted as a local vs a tourist. Funny & sweet story 🤣

  5. Adalia, great interview with Patricia! I love that she didn’t let age hold her back from pursuing her dream. I’m over 50 and have had the strong desire to live abroad for a long time yet, haven’t made much progress. I’m so glad to come across your channel. Looking forward to more.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

  6. Chiiiiile…Lemme tell you, I was walking my dog while listening to this great conversation & when she said he asked her “wanna see my forest?” I nearly tipped my dog’s stroller over🤣🤣 Like WTF?! I would have said no thanks, got one of my own I’m tryna get under control💀 The shocking part, she actually went in! She is brave. 😂 Thank you for this wonderful, inspiring chat😊❤️
